Typical Banquet Center Dinner events usually consist of two meat entrees, four side choices, dinner rolls and butter, coffee and iced tea, and assorted desserts.

Our Signature Western Style BBQ includes Ribs, Brisket, Smoked Sausage, Smoked Chicken Breasts, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Red Skin Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, Rolls w/Butter, Butcher's Block Signature BBQ Sauce.

Weddings events consist of two meat entrees, four side choices, diner rolls and butter, coffee and iced tea, and special wedding table setups including head table, gift table, cake table, photo table.

Lunch events consist of two meat entrees, three sides, rolls and butter, coffee and tea, and smaller dessert cuts. Lunch events run between 10:30AM and 2:00PM.

Off-premise catering events consist of two meat entrees, three side choices, rolls w/butter, and all disposable tableware. Drinks and disserts are available at an extra charge.

Full Bar Service is also available.
No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted onsite.
